06 August 2009Assesse is carrying on Export Business and is subject to tax audit.. For the purpose of exporting, assesse meets shipment expenses which is carried out shipping agents.
Whether TDS has to be deducted for the payment made for such shipment expenses and under which section??

I think it should be under sec 194 I if there is contract then 194C
