whether tds is deductable on total bill (ies commission amount + service tax amount) or only on Commission (excluding service tax amount) ? . please help me out in this regard.

TDS is applicable on the whole of the Bill Amt inclusive of Service Tax. Refer the provision of section 194H whihc says that 'Any sums paid'
