Still we need to deduct TDS on service tax ? Please explain.

TDS shall be deducted on the amount exclusive of service tax.The same is also substantiated vide Circular no. 01/2014 dated 13th Jan'14, issued by CBDT.
For the sake of convenience, the same has been enclosed herewith.
