No deduction of TDS on service tax amount is only for 94J or this benefit extended to all other section also??

As per circular No. 01/2014 which came wef 13/01/2014 states that No TDS to be deducted on Service Tax portion if shown seperately in the Invoice.
Previously the same rule was applicable only to Sec. 194 I, but after circular no. 01/2014 it is applicable for all other sections.
