As per CBDT Circular No 4/2008 TDS is chargeable on service tax amount alos(except for rent) right?
Can anyone please confirm me that after this circular is any new circular issued on the same matter.

No new circular has been issued in this matter. TDS is required to be deducted on service tax portion and Rent is the only case as per Circular No.4/2008 in which TDS is not required to be deducted on service tax.
