TDS on Sales

Dear Sir

Sharing of Income - Applicability of TDS. 

Mr A will supply all materials for manufacture of a machine.  Mr B , a job worker will manufacture the Machine. Mr A will sell the machine and full sale proceeds will be transfered to Mr B. In turn Mr B will pay Rs.50000/- to Mr A .

What are the TDS implications. From A to B and From B to A.
