Buyer has deducted TDS of Rs. 57000/- at the time of sale transaction of Flat.
Figure of this TDS appears on my 26-AS.
How to claim this TDS while filing my ITR ?

You cannot claim this credit unless you file your ITR. If this transaction took place in this FY, then you may file your ITR next year and may compute the total tax liability with this TDS amount in your credit.
