Sir , my question is that provisions of Tds deduction @ 1% section 194-IA will be applicable ?

195(IA) will attract only if the sale consideration exceeds Rs.50lakhs.

Sir, May I know under what basis TDS should be deducted? so the I can correct myself.

Since Mr.Kanj Goel sir has told that TDS to be deducted I asked, on what basis TDS to be deducted. Because the value is less than 50 L only.
