17 February 2010If a new Joined person is not able to provide his previous employer certificate of salary then what is to be considered as his income.
The income Self Declared by him considered as the Income of Previous employer
or the current salary will be assumed as the income for the whole year.

Salary slip can also be a good guide. Also declaration in form 12B should be taken from the employee.
