Hi Sir,
What's the minimum amount for Tds deduction on Salary?

No such limit...

TDS on salary based on salary (with employee's other incomes) with after all deductions then after that any taxable incomes...

After that computation employee get taxable income then You can deduct TDS as Slab rate...

In case your estimated salary is not more than the basic exemption limit, TDS will not be deducted.

This rule is applicable even to those who do not have a PAN.

A complete computation of income shall be prepared including the salary income and other source of income and all deductions shall be allowed from the total Income , Now if your total income is over aand above the exemption limit then only TDS shall be deducted otherwise no need to deduct TDS if the total income is under Exemption limit applicable to the concerned assessee.
