if employer forget to deduct tds on salary one month then employer liable to submit this tds on following month?

Employer can deduct the TDS from salary in next month.

It is the responsibility and liability of Employer to ensure that appropriate TDS deduction takes place every time salary is paid to employees.
Under deduction or less deduction is bad for you as Employee bcoz you will have to pay balance tax as self assessment tax alongwith interest under 234B & 234C

He can deduct and deposit the TDS even after the specified dates but he will have to pay interest on them.
