tds on salary
if any employee join co in jan and his ctc is 300000 so is same employee applicable for tds or is tds deductable in jan month salary

Get his salary details of previous company and decide.
I do believe that's there would some deduction which he can claim......In current scenario taxable income is 50000,208 each month
