Your salary is not taxable as the effective slab is 3 lac after considering rebate u/s 87A.

ok...my other source income consider here or not?

Your net total income should be up to 3 lac for no tax liability. And yes, incomes from all source are considered.

and if my salary income rs.240000 n.....other income rs.80000....then tds appicable on salary or not?....HERE consider TOTAL INCOME OF ASSESSEE???

OK THANKS...........

If you don't claim any deductions and you declare other incomes to your employer, then he'll deduct TDS.

sir ........m doing part time job at two different place...still on this date....i m not declare my other income & about my other employement...so my first employer not deduct TDS from my salary...my total income is more than rs.400000...
so plz suggest me..its creat any pro

No problem, don't' declare if you wish. The employer will consider only salary payable by him for TDS liability. If it is less than 3 lac, he'll not deduct TDS. And this is normal, no problem.

But you'll have to compute your total income and pay taxes by yourself as advance tax and self-assessment tax, and file your IT return accordingly disclosing all your incomes/salaries.

ok....thanks
