In a firm there is a payment of salary to a relative under sec 40 A (2) (b). Whether this salary should deduct tds ?

when employer employee relationship not there TDS is not covered under sec 192B
But in this case relative received salary.Than it should be a employee of a firm.
If relative is recieving such salary. Whether td to be deducted
