An employee joined on 15th Jan'11 and her salary is 65k per month, so should i consider her previous company's income for tax calculation or should i consider for only current salary?

Obliviously you should consider employee salary from previous employer or ask to employee for provide form 12B

yes if u want to consider employee previous year salary than you must take this form from employee.
