i just confused because of below doubt, pls any one clarify my doubts
in our company oct month salary will pay on nov 1st week, now the tds ded shoul be paid within 7th of nov or 7th of dec?

On salaries TDS is made at the time of making payment & not on due basis.. so when Oct salary is being paid in Nov, TDS is made in Nov. Now TDS needs to paid to Cent govt within 7 days from the end of the month in whihc deduction is being made. So TDS shud be deposited on or before 7th Dec
