i wan to know that we are deducted the tds on salaries but i want to know that if after deduction u/s 80c tds was not deductable and it is necessary to show the details of that employee in 24q.

U can show the Deducted amount of TDS in Form-16, Employee can claim for Refund

@ gaurav
1) ensure taht the employees salary is above that taxable limit
2) if it is above the taxable limit eg: RS 700000
3) compute tax liability of this RS 700000 - while calculating this liability concider 80C INVESTMENT and other tax saving investment ( for this a tax saving decleration should be collected from the emloyer)
4) If any tax liabilty still arise divide it by 12( for each month)
5) pay that TDS to govt in 24Q
6) collect 80c investment evidence from employees in the year end , if it is not received deduct tax for the last month
