I have deducted TDS on professional fees in March 20 but after that invoice is reversed due to some reason.
Please guide Should I revise TDS return of Q4 of 19-20? there is no other invoice yet in FY 20-21 to adjust TDS amount.

You should revise the TDS return and use the challan for adjustment in current year.
Yes, You should revise the TDS return of Q4 , F.Y 2019-20.
You can use that challan in current year also i.e can use this challan for F. Y 2020-21 also to adjust TDS liability.
