solve my one querry guys
If a Pesons makes payment for contract for construction of residential building, for whiich payment has been made from Audited Bussines, so whether there will any TDS Liablity on the assesee or no.
and the contract amount is more thann 8 Lacks
kindly solve the issue guys

Buiding constructions fall under Section 194C so TDS needs to be deducted on the payments made to Contractor.
