Tds on repair and maintenance

Please clarify, when a bill for Repair and Maintenance consists of both "Regular Invoice" showing material used in repair work and "Labour Invoive" showing labour used for that particular repair than TDS will be deducted on both Regular Invoice and Labour Invoive or only on Labour Invoice. Also clarify when their is same invoice for both labour work and repair material.?????
