Hello!!! If a Property owner X lets out his property through a formal agreement and consideration which attracts provisions of TDS.Now in that agreement he mentions that the cheque may be issued in the name of Y.Not the person who enters the agreement.To whom shall we issue the TDS certificate? and what is the controls for internal audit purposes.
