it will be 30% +SC (if applicable)+ SHE of 3% on sum charable to tax.
Now you will ask the baisis
here it is:
Check Part II (Rates for deduction of Tax at source in certain cases) of any Finance Act.
There it is mentinoed in point 1(b)(K) in Finance Act, 2008.
