TDS on rent applicable

Dear Sir,

Rent on land is Rs. 30000/- per month ( Annual 360000/-)so please suggest can we need to deduct TDS or pay full amount cheque

If Audit is not applicable then tds not applicable ..

50k limit is applicable for non audit cases of 26QC

Sir, Audit is applicable on our case Turn over is Rs.1.81 crore. so need to deduct how much

Yes, TDS will be applicable @ 10%

Read Form 26QC , you will come to the relevance of Audit & Non audit cases
