TDS u/s Section 194IB
TDS to be deducted on last month of the previous year or the last month of tenancy.

TDS u/s section 194I
TDS to be deducted Monthly

last month of the previous year means in whloe financial year tds will be deducted only rs 60000 at one time????plz reply sir

Period of tenacy 12 month
Rent payable 50000 p.m.
TDS deduction U/S 194IB @ 5%
Apr to Feb pay 50000/-
March month 50000-30000=20000/-
(30000 tds deducted last month of the previous year)
