I pay Rs. 20000 rent per month. I will deduct tds for that. Which is limit for tds

no Tds is not applicable if business started last month

If you are new business on last month... Then you don't want deduct TDS on rent.

If you are paying more than Rs.180000/- rent PA to a building you will have to deduct 10% TDS on rent amount. Uner Sec 194 I. and if it is rent for use of Pland Machinery or equipment etc 2%.
