Pls.let me know whether the tds rates for tds on rent for indiviuals & on rent for companies are same, or is it different?

its for ay 09-10
but the same rates are for 10-11
i hope ur doubt gets clear
15% for individuals
20% for companies
+ 3% cess on both cases
