We are a pvt limited company, and took lease of an apartment, on behalf of the company, for accomodation of General manager and Factory manager. Will it attract TDS ?

If rent is borne by the company then tax is to be deducted on such rent payment if it crosses the threshold limit of Rs.180000
If the payment is being made by the company, TDS on Rent @ 10% is required to be deducted on the amount exclusive of service tax
yes , TDS applicable @ 10% .
