Tds on rent 194IB
I am an individual paying rent april to sep 40thousand per month but from October rent has been increased to 1 lac per month.from which month i should deduct tds and what amount.should i deduct tds from april month rent or October month rent

Start deducting from the amount exceeds 50,000 i.e,, Oct 21 .
October month 26 qc toady i will file how much late fees will be levied
