If a individual who received Rent rs. 15,000/- p.m. iNormally it applicable for attract TDS,at the time of payment the rent ,Company wants to deduct the TDS but he said that he is now not in India thats why the Company are not supposed to deduct the TDS from Rent
Pls clarify me.

In that case the company may deduct under section 197 at a higher rate.

Yes, this payment attracts TDS U/s 194I @ 15%, but if your landlord is not resident than TDS deduct as per Higher Rate i.e. 40% U/s 195.
