Tds on rent.
Is the assessee,Company, required to deduct tds on rent paid to co-owner rs.1,60,000/- appx but less than 1,80,000/- Required to Deduct Tds? Is this limit of 1,80,000 applicable for companies?

yes the limit applies to everyone.... the co. is not reqd to deduct tds where rent paid is less than 180000.
