TDS to be deducted over total price of the property....... 1.50Cr.

thankyu sir...wheather bank also required to deduct tds in loan amount which will issued in the favor of the seller

Generally banks pass on the formality over loanee, as such the purchaser has to deduct TDS over full purchase amount (including loan amount)
