Is TDS applicable to the purchase of Diesel, petrol etc on monthly basis

🌟 What is the turnover limit for gstr 9 and 9 c ?? it is a separate thing??

For GSTR-9 limit is 2 crores and for GSTR-9C limit is 5 crores.
