Hi sir,
my client has a business. and they bought some curtain for office purpose. The payment for the purchase and installation of the curtain is 35000. so has the business liable to deduct TDS or not?

My client has made only one transaction from this curtain business. So i think it's not a contract... pls advice

If it is a single invoice then deduct . if separate then please check the service bill and if it crosses 30k then deduct tds on that amount only
