Tds on provisions
X company sold one of business unit to y company in nov-13. All assets and liabilities (includes provision for expenses) related to that unit transferred to buyer company. Please check TDS liabilty of seller company on provisions as on nov13. X buyer have deducted tds at the time of payments of provisions.
