If we are making payment to Travel agency for tickets of directors of the company going for personal purpose . Are we suppose to deduct TDS . Please Help . Its urgent

IT MEANS THAT COMPANY IS NOT CLAIMING SUCH EXP IN P&L A/C......
SO U WILL ADJUST SUCH AMT IN HIS REMUNERATION .....
SO NEED TO DEDUCT TDS.....
