08 May 2012I have recd a Invoice from one vendor for Verification of CDM Projects (Climate Change Programme) for Rs 275000 + Service Tax @ 10.3% having Remarks: VErification and revision in monitoring plan of "5.50 MW Bundled Wind Power Project"......
Whether TDS should be deducted on the same? IF yes than under which section?
The Vendor is an UN approved Authority.....

Can u confirm explain whether UN Approved authorities are exempt from TDS Provisions or not?
As this project is related to Carben Credit & fees paid for validation of CDM Projects.
