03 April 2010generally TDS is not deducted on a stationery bill nor a person who say supplies and bills T-Shirts to a company.But in case if the stationery (say Letter head) and T-Shirt supplied has a company logo engraved on it will that stationery bill or supplier bill who supplied T-shirt is liable to TDS?

there is no need for deducting the TDS on stationery,(i.e. on letter pad)
& if you have used the T-shirt for some adverstiment or sale promotion purposes then you sholud deducted the TDS on the suppliers
