hi plz tell me what are the annual paid amout for professional services for tds deduction???

No deduction shall be made under section 194J, if the sum payable during the financial year does not exceed Rs. 30,000.

April 1st to March 31st...... it may be anytime during the period.....

sir if my c.a. join in march 2018 and take salary of rs 20000 in march 2018 so i can not deduct tds in f.y. 2017-18 as his amount doesnot exceeds rs 30000 in f.y. 2017-18 .... am i right sir??? plz reply me

Salary? or profession fees?
Well, in both case TDS not applicable ........
& What your CA does? Doesn't he guide you for such things.........

he has taken his professional services... and at the time of payment we cut his tds
