Dear Friebds,
My client making purchases on High Seas sales basis and keeps it in Port Warehouse. That port space belongs to a C&F Agency and my client re imburses plot rent to them. Now while paying this amount whether TDS provisions are applicable?
Or Any exemptions are available to them?
