Tds on pf withdrawl

Hi

 

I was working in XYZ Company almost for 2 years, i withdrawn the PF which was with Trust & they have deducted TDS on entire amount, please advice how to file ITR for the AY 2012-13 & which ITR should i have to use, please provide me the detailed working.

dear sri,

the amount is taxable as 'Salaries" u/s 10(11) according to me & you will file itr 1  if u have no other income.

please someone rectify if i am wrong......
