One of my friends resigned from TCS (Tata Consultancy Services) after completing 4 years 5 months of service. She resigned on 1-11-2018. She received Final settlement amount after the deduction of TDS of Rs. 12,500 from PF Settlement amount in the month of October 2019. Now she is not doing any job and do not have any other income and settled as house wife.
How she can claim the TDS of Rs, 12,500 ?.
