Whether TDS is required to be deducted on charges paid to PayPal.
PayPal is receiving money from our clients and then they remit back money after deducting their charges.

if the amount of commission is 5000 or more then TDS should be deducted on the commission paid to paypal u/s 194H.(TDS on Commssion or Brokreage)
