XYZ co. has made payment of Rs. 1,50,000/- to the out side india for exibition of its product. Whether XYZ has to deduct TDS on payemnt to claim an expenditure.

One needs to verify teh DTAA between India and the recipient's country. Even if there is no TDS, form 15CA coupled with Form 15CB has to be filed with AD bank.
While certifying 15CA, the Chartered Acountant has to adduce reasons why there is no TDS.

sec 195 is applicable here i.e. TDS on payment to NRI
