Tds on payment

My sub contractor give gst invoice for erection and installation works at the time of payment I deduct tds or not please guide me

Who are you, I mean what is your constitution.

T.D.S provisions under G.S.T are applicable only to Government agencies and of those kind. private undertakings are at present not required.
