Whether we are required to deduct TDS on the Partner's remuneration to the foreign partner...??
also do we require to deduct the TDS while paying the profit of the firm to the partner ..??

no TDS required for paying profit to partners. what type is the foreign partner. is his name included in the partnership deed
He is working partner (individual) and his name is included in the partnership deed.
