Wether TDS has to deduct on parteners remuneration and directors remuneration and their sitting fee?

Remuneration paid to Partner's as per income tax provision is not liable for TDS. But remuneration paid to Directot is liable for TDS as per the rate of salary

bythe way sitting fees are not in resemblance with salary , professinal tax rate will be applicable if exceeds the threshold.sitting fees are only when meeting is held and attended .
