Our company is a authorised distributor of automobile spares in AP of a MNC, Production unit of the MNC is located in pune,so we have appointed one local person as authorised packing & forwarding agent on behalf our company, For this service he charges @ 2% on vaule of the invoice, Total amount per month around Rs.1.5lakh, the issue is , Is it come under TDS or not? which section ? if it comes under TDS, which section applicable ,what is the percentage of TDS ?
