I have receiveda single bill from my CA, mentioning Professional charges and Out of pocket expenses seperately. Service tax is on both. Kindly tell me on which amount i should deduct TDS??

On the amount of the bill (including service tax)

Yes TDS is deductible on out of pocket expenses as it is nessecary expenses in the course of providing service hence tds will be deductible on total bill amount including service tax.
