please help me in knowing whether TDS is deductible for office construction work and if yes then at what rate??

Tds on office construction work?

It depends on whether the work is carrying on through a contractor or not..
If work is done through a contractor TDS should be deducted :
In case, Contractor is company 2%
In case, Contractor other than company 1%.
