Tds is applicable on payment of Micr Charges by a banking company to another Bank under section 194J. IS TDS is also applicable on Non micr charges paid to SBI by a standalone branch for the service provided by SBI clearing house.

In my opinion MICR charges is a seperate process, where as NON micr is non act of that process, which do not require any professional qualification which can attract 194J, Hence, in my opinion this NON micr Charges will not be attracted for TDS Charges.... ans given from your question descripttion.
